About the Guild:

We are looking to boost our numbers so we can start progressing into 25 man Uldudar.

Here are some things we look for in players when recruiting/promoting in the guild...

1. Personality. We like people with positive attitudes and a genuine sense of humor. We'll likely be spending a lot of time with each other. Guilds are a social environment, and if you can't get along with other people, you won't get far. Being mature and level-headed can go a long way. Being able to keep your cool during raid wipes improves morale, which does wonders for the eventual success of the raid. If you can't take constructive criticism on your play, this is not the place for you. We're all here to have fun and not suck at the same time.

2. Skill. Stay out of fire, void zones, death beams, rubble, and other environmental hazards just like you avoid traffic IRL. If you can click on a summoning portal, then you can click cubes in Mag's Lair (TBC). WoW is not a hard game, but there are enough helmet kids out there to make the average person think otherwise. The amount of time a raid spends "learning" an encounter is directly related to that raid's weakest link. You do NOT want to be the weakest link. It doesn't take a PhD in rocket surgery to raid. Staying focused for the entirety of the raid is a must. Be situationally aware, and think for yourself. Bring your A-game. Aspire to be the embodiment of grit.

3. Knowledge/Experience. Know your class. Know how to gear. Know how to gem/enchant. Previous raiding experience is an asset, but it isn't everything. Ultimately, a postive attitude, patience, aptitude, and a willingness to learn, are all much more important. We are willing to teach as long as you are willing to learn, but we're not going to hold your hand. Show initiative. Research your class. Make sure you're getting everything you can out of every upgrade. Seek help if you need it. There are other experienced players in the guild who would be more than willing to help you.

4. Reliability. We need to be able to count on you being at most raids if we're going to take a serious crack at progression. If we can't count on you to sign up regularly, a more reliable player may be given your raid slot. Our raiding schedule is currently under review, although it will likely be no more than 3 nights a week at the most. If there are certain RL circumstances which may interfere with your raiding schedule, let us know and we can try to accomodate you. With that being said, officers reserve the right to slot and schedule raids to the benefit of the raid.

- Ventrilo (at least be able to hear instructions over Vent if you don't have a suitable mic)
- Stable connection (a string of disconnects can hold up the raid, and extreme lag can seriously hinder performance)
- Stong bladder (numerous afk's also hold up the raid - at the same time, we're not heartless monster nerds with no lives. Sometimes, shit happens.)

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or any of the officers in-game or through forum PMs.

If you're looking to be carried through raid content on farm status, or simply looking to collect purples and legendaries, this place is not for you. We're looking to earn our progression, our kills, and our gear. We're looking for people who are interested in LEARNING boss fights, and to join us in progression that we can all call our own. Come be a part of it.
