Fun/Focused 25 Man Raiding 13/14 3/9 Uld 5/5 ToC

Imperium, while serious about its raiding and focus, also prides itself on having fun during its raids. If I had to use a word, I'd say we're more casual but still working hard on the goal of clearing content and progressing. If you want a guild that is progressing but don't want someone screaming at you, Imperium could be the guild for you. We get things done.

Being a member of Imperium for the last two years I'd say it's a healthy balance of raiding and family since we raid fullout 3 nights a week with a few 10 mans Ulduar/ToC throughout the week. It has a much more layback attitude versus the vicious hardcore raiding. We keep ToC Regular and Koralon on farm plus we're working on Heroic ToC and hardmodes in Ulduar.

Raid Times:

Tuesday - 6:00PM-10PM PST
Thursday - 6:00PM-10PM PST
Sunday - 4:30PM-8:30PM PST

We have two-three 10 man groups that go on throughout the week on different nights and times.

Our loot is done first by rank - very often the higher ranks pass - and loot-to-raid ratio if more then one person of the same rank wants a loot. Doing loot this way spreads out the loot to new and old members making everyone happy. Officer will step in on loot council if they see something needing addressed.

Requirements:

- Come to raids prepared with flasks/food ontime (invites start 10 min prior to raids). Fish feasts will be provided for most of the raid but you are expected to have your own food in case.
- All gear properly enchanted/gemmed
- Strats read and prepared to perform your role
- Omen, DBM, and Vent required
- There is no minimum raid attendance required but rank is determined by attendance and the better attendance the more likliness you'll be invited into the raid(s)

Reward Program:
- We provide enchants, gems and flasks to those with 60% attendance who have the best enchants/gems on their gear and follow all rules.
- We provide money for repair bills on our progression night (Sunday) when doing new bosses.

The Rank Process:

Neophyte - As a raider you're invited in as a neophyte. You must make 5/6 official raids in 2 weeks and you will be promoted to Initiate. Last priority on loot.
Initiate - Initiates are expected to maintain 50% raid attendance. To be promoted to Legionnaire you need to maintain 75% attendance over 6 weeks. Second priority on loot.
Legionnaire - Expected to maintain 75% attendance over 6 weeks consistently. First priority on loot.
