Looking for DPS for Ulduar Hard Modes

Arcanum is a World of Warcraft Raiding guild that has been established since before Molten Core. We are a group of individuals that do not like to waste our time and take raiding seriously. In BC, we were working on Muru prior to 3.0. The guild's current status is to progress forward in Ulduar 25 Hard Modes, we have cleared all Lich King content prior to 3.1.

We are currently in need of solid dps that is situationally aware. Our average melee dps is about 5.6k with members going up to 6.2k dps. Arcanum is looking for skilled ranged dps that can compete with our melee dps, however we do have some demand for a certain few melee positions.


Arcanum is in need of any of the following class specs:

- 1 Druid (Resto or Balance, balance preferred)
- 1 Hunter (Survival or MM)
- 1 Mage (Preference to a fireball build with ToTW)
- 1 Paladin (Retribution wanted also taking a Holy Paladin)
- 1-2 Priests (1 Holy or Disc and possibly one shadow)
- 1 Rogue (Combat or Assassination)
- 1 Shaman (Elemental, Enhancement or Restoration, our preference is Elemental)
- 1 Warlock (Destruction or Affliction preferred)
- 1 Arms or Fury Warrior.

We are currently interested in taking 1-2 healers and 1 melee and 2-3 strong ranged dps.

What Arcanum is Looking For In Recruits:
- Professional tone and raiding attitude
- Situational awareness (key)
- For the Recruit to know their class and to optimize accordingly
- Have flasks ready.

Loot System

This guild DOES NOT use DKP. We use EPGP, in our opinion it is the most fair of all loot system. There is no 'DKP whoring' and mainspec upgrades always have priority over people wanting items for offspec. This makes it very easy for recruits to gear up.

Please note that if you are an exceptional player who doesn't have great gear, I'd suggest to apply. We look at the quality of the raider instead of gear, gear is easy to get.
