Seeking exceptional raiders for hard mode Ulduar - 12hrs/week

Are you an exceptional player who is passionate about raiding? Are you consistently putting more effort into raiding than your fellow guild mates? Do you enjoy hard mode content and the challenge it brings to push your skills to their limits? Are you not able to raid 4+ nights a week to get into a "hard core" guild?

If you answered "yes" to these questions then maybe we can offer you a solution. Lást Attempt is an Alliance guild located on Wildhammer (US PvP). We're a drama free casual guild but take raiding seriously. We raid three nights a week but during this time everyone is expected to perform at their peek ability.

The core of our group has been together since Karazhan and we cleared all TBC content prior to WOTLK's release while maintaining a 12 hours per week raid schedule. We are currently 13/14 in Heroic Ulduar and are seeking more like-minded players for progression on hard mode content. About Us:
We are a drama free, casual guild but take raiding seriously. The core of our raid group has been together since Karazhan. We cleared all TBC content prior to WOTLK's release while maintaining a 12 hour/week raid schedule. We play because we enjoy the game and are passionate about raiding. Raider Requirements:
You must be serious about raiding! You should consistently research your class and look for ways to increase your overall raid performance. We expect you to be self-motivated and have extensive raiding experience. Also, like most raiding guilds, we expect all our raiders to come to raids prepared with consumables and reagents. We also require all raiders to maintain high raid attendance and have a "Guild is more important than myself" attitude (ie: don't be a selfish prick)

Recruiting DPS - Solid performers capable of living through content while consistently doing over 4k dps

Enhancement Shaman
Elemental Shaman
Hunter
Mage
Shadow Priest
Warlock
Death Knight (must be exceptional)



Recruiting Healers - Solid players with extensive raiding experience

Discipline / Holy Priest (must be strong at both roles)
Resto Shaman (must be exceptional)


Loot:
We use zero sum DKP.
