Attendance is very important to us. We understand that real life comes first, but we ask that you make sure we know first if you will be gone for an extended period of time, and whenever possible for each single raid missed. We require 90% raid attendance for all players who do not make other arrangements.

We enjoy raiding. Continually failing, however, is not enjoyable. If you are underperforming in a raid, we will replace you if another player is available to join the raid. Also, anyone who tries to bring drama or cause stress to the guild will be removed from the guild. We try to keep a calm, but serious raiding environment, as it is a game and we are here to have fun.

We're not looking for anyone who feels that they are better than the rest of the group. Working as a team is important and raiding is a group effort. If you can't work as a team or if you are going to be putting yourself before others all the time, we're not the right guild for you.

Constructive criticism is important. We are here to progress and if your mistakes are going to hold us back, we will point them out. We are not here to make you as an individual look bad, but sometimes we will have to point out mistakes people make during raids. You should not make the same mistake over and over again. If your connection or computer is going to be a big problem in raids and cause you to die repeatedly, or if you can't keep yourself from making the same mistake over and over again, you most likely won't be here for a long time.

We distribute loot based on an open discussion. Essentially, the entire group is the loot council; and items usually go to whoever needs them most. In most cases, you will be able to roll for an item if it is an equal upgrade for all players interested. However, the group leader may override any loot decision.

Most of our core raiders have been together for a few years now and we expect to continue raiding through the rest of Wrath of the Lich King, Cataclysm, and future expansions.

These are the qualities that will ensure your stay with us is enjoyable and long-lasting:
* You're a dedicated player who keeps a 90% or higher raid attendance.
* You don't cause drama and have a mature attitude.
* You don't settle for 99%, you strive for 110%.
* You know how to play your class / spec.
* You take improvement and progress in raids seriously.
* You have the best gems and best enchants possible in the game.
* You don't make the same mistake twice.
* You always have flasks, potions, and food buffs for progression content.
* Your guild mates enjoy raiding with you.
Having even a few of these qualities is a good base to improve upon. We believe that skilled players will stand out of the crowd and we'll notice.
