Hardcore Reroll Raiding Guild

<Darkness Calls> [H] is a focused reroll guild that will be a hardcore raiding guild on Arthas Server.

Arthas is a high pop, high activity Horde PvP Server that is EST server time.

About Me

My previous toon was a Death Knight tank, having 13/14 Ulduar experience under my belt in both 10 and 25 man. I completed many of the hard modes in 10 man except Firefighter, and have also attempted and completed some hard modes in 25 man. I raided up to Naxx in Pre-BC and Sunwell in BC, and I was an officer in my previous two guilds, along with the raid leader of my last guild. My last guild recently broke up due to inactivity from the guild leader. On the server that will be rolling, my main will be a Warrior Tank.

About Darkness Calls

Darkness Calls is a hardcore reroll raiding guild not only focused on progression, but also focused on forming a great raid community and building friendships through our leveling and raids. We'll be a 5 day raiding guild with 10 mans being completed on off-days. Raid times as of now are:

- Sunday - Thursday: 7:00 EST - 11:00 EST (Raiding may go a bit beyond 11:00 during progression pushes).
- Friday - Saturday: Off-days/10 mans
- Invites start at 6:30 EST. That means that everyone is buffed and ready to go by 7.
- We require that members be able to attend 75-80% of these raid times.
- For the first few weeks of raiding, we will most likely be doing 10 mans on one of these raid days instead of Friday or Saturday.

Reroll date

Most likely, I am planning for the Reroll to begin on Friday, June 26th, possibly at a slightly later date depending on the number of applicants we receive between now and then. We will be rolling Horde on the Arthas realm as stated above.

Loot

Loot is handled via DKP. Bonus DKP will also be given out for first kills on progression bosses, being present at the start of the raid, being present at the end of raid, and other things. More info will be available on this at a later time.

Officers

Officer positions are open. In the application form, one of the questions revolves around asking if you want to be an officer and listing your reasons. Giving a precise answer and some good reasons are a good way to get yourself the position. Previous leader or officer experience is highly preferred. Officers will be decided when the guild roster fills up. I am most likely looking for 4 - 5 active officers.

My policy on Botting/Powerleveling/etc.

I've seen some leveling/reroll guilds not really care about this issue, but my policy is simple on this: It is NOT allowed. Anyone in the guild caught performing these actions will be instantly removed from the guild, and just for the hell of it, I'll report you to a GM. They may or may not do anything about it. There are several reasons why I do not allow these actions. First, these actions reflect poorly on the reputation of the guild members and the guild as a whole. Second, you learn a lot about your character while leveling him on your own, regardless of what spec you are at level 80. Finally, and most simply, it is against Blizzard's policy, if you are caught by them and banned, you are fairly worthless to both me and the guild.

If you are considering using these services while leveling or at level 80, please do not apply to this guild.

How to Apply

If you want to apply, head to the website above. Note that you first need to REGISTER before it will allow you to see any of the forums. Once you've registered, read the short stickies, and fill out the short application form.

Although the application form is short, please answer as detailed as you can. I am not requiring a certain amount of previous raid experience, but I expect some raid experience is required, along with some knowledge on the class and spec you are going to roll. Since as of now all positions are open, I would recommend rolling a class and spec that is most appealing or seems like the most fun for you.
