Late Night LFM 25mans - 1/1OS, 9/15Naxx

Looking for a starting role? Nepentheum is a late night guild on Trollbane(PVE) server. We typically raid Monday morning & Wednesday - Friday morning from 3am - 7am EST. Nepentheum consists of many long time friends, many close friends, and most of us are server xfers. We have all 10 mans minus Malygos on farm(3rd phase w/him). We are currently running 25 mans(although pugging a few) clearing 3 wings(Spider Abom & Plague) as well as Sartharion.



We are looking for experienced players for all classes. Dedication and Dependability would probably be the most important factor right now. The question is not if we will progress, but moreso at what rate we will progress. This hinges delicately on the rate at which we can find more quality members to fill our ranks.



Nepentheum uses Loot Council for looting and offers rank related discounts from the guild bank which currently has 6 tabs. We are looking for players who are about Guild > Themself. I'm sure everyone wants to get loot, but we like to enjoy ourselves and have fun doing it. Cohesion and Atmosphere are very important for us, so our theory is that the guild is only as strong as its weakest link. If you are not a team player, please move on!



As a guild we constantly run heroics, pvp, and occasionally do arena. We are a tight knit group of individuals who have grown very close. At any given time, you can easily find 4-5 guildies on vent chatting it up. We pretty much chill and just hang out when not raiding and help each other out. We like people who try to be active on guild forums, as we use this medium as a way to keep tabs on the latest strats, specs, news, or anything wow related.



When the raid starts, we expect players to be competent and prepared. This includes coming to progression nights with proper consumables(elixirs, flasks, etc). This also includes people sober enough to point, click, and spam buttons. If you are one of those alcholics or potheads who get FUBAR and then try to raid, please move on. If you can't figure which spec is the proper raid spec, you must find one or please move on.



We are very laid back and frequently cut up. If you can't handle jokes or sporadic sarcastic comments..please move on. I mean, this game is about fun..isn't it? Why treat like raiding like a job?



What is expected:



*Preparation - including research of encounters, raid consumables, and proper gear enhancement(via enchants, armor kits, etc).



*Sense of Humor - We like to have a good time. If you can't handle players who cuss like sailors and occasionally make off color jokes..this is not a guild for you!



*Dedication - If u can't commit to raid 3 nights a week, this is not the guild for you!



*Patience - On a daily basis we are in search of the next potential Nepentheum recruit. As soon as we can fill a 25 man raid, bosses will drop for sure. Building to that point isn't instant, but not daunting either.



*Attention Span - If you need to be told 8 times that ''Fire R Bad..so stay out!''..yeah..keep moving!!



*Performance - This has 2 categories. One, if your computer can't afford u more than 10-15 FPS consistently, in a heavy graphic raid environment, you will most likely hold us back. Also, if your latency is consistently in the red, can't help you. TWO, are u a competent player? Do you know your class inside and out. Do you know the difference between ''raid spec'' and ''pvp spec''? If not, please hit BACK on your explorer.



*GOOD ATTITUDE - This is the most important thing. The guild name Nepentheum originates from the root word nepenthe which means ~something capable of making one forget grief or suffering~!! If you can't leave your angry wife BS, crazy GF drama, work stress or sexual frustration someplace else other than in the guild..please keep moving! We just wanna have fun and enjoy the game while seeing the raid content blizz throws at us.
