3/9 Hardmodes LF Healers, Ranged, 1 Tank

Hi there,
Welcome to <Destinys Bane> on US-PVP Skullcrusher. As you can see, we are 13/14 Ulduar and 3/8 Hardmodes (XT, Flame, and Hodir), knocking out 1 hardmode each week. We are currently looking to push Thorim and Iron Council hardmodes, but our progress is slightly hindered by a lack of quality healers and dps.

We are looking to recruit:
-- 2 resto druids
-- 1 holy paladin
-- 1 holy priest
-- 1 warlock (preferably with a demonology-viable set of gear)
-- 1-2 hunters
-- 1 warrior/paladin (WITH DPS SET, as this will be an offtank/dps role)

Our schedule is 4 days a week, running 8-12pm EST on Sunday, and Tuesday through Thursday. Fridays and Mondays are reserved for 10 man Ulduar runs, and Saturday is an alt naxx run (not required) starting at 7pm for those who need more raiding than what our schedule offers.

Loot Rules:
We switched to a straight dkp system for ulduar, where members earn 1 point of dkp for each hour they spend in the raid or on the waiting list. AFK checks are performed at somewhat random times to assure that the people on the waiting list are actually waiting, as opposed to unreachable if we needed them. Items cost between 10 and 60 dkp, depending on if the item is from a hard mode or from a normal mode boss. Deductions are also applied on a case-by-case basis for mistakes during the raid (hit by some sort of AOE, etc).

What you can expect the guild to be like:
Our guild is very friendly (most of the time =P). Many members in the guild have been here for 4+ years and know each other in real life, or on a first name basis. On off-nights, you can expect guild members to be running heroics, BGs, playing on alts/twinks, or just hanging out in vent. We also have many members on high ranking arena teams that have achieved gladiator/duelist ratings in past seasons.
