WCD Azjol-Nerub Horde recruiting for heroic raids

Warcraft Dervish is a casual guild with a light raiding schedule, but we expect our raiders to come prepared and perform. We only raid 2-3 days a week (Tuesday & Thursday 5:45-9 server and possible ''cleanup'' raids on the weekend). We're not going to break any records or be a top raiding guild, but we have good people who come equipped for the short periods that we raid. We're looking for mature, like-minded people (professionals, students and family people) who enjoy raiding but can only commit to a light schedule like the one we use.



In 10s we've done:

Obsidian Sanctum with 0 drakes

Spider, Plague and Construct quarters

Instructor Razuvius (The rest of Military should be cleared tomorrow)

What we're looking for:

Tank:

1 Feral Druid (Willing/Able to DPS should they not be required to tank. We realize cat/bear specs aren't as close as they used to be in TBC, but because of our casual nature having this person be flexible would be a real asset)



DPS:

1-2 Hunters

1-2 Elemental Shamans

1 Arcane Mage



Healers:

1 Resto Shaman

1 Resto Druid

1 Holy Pally

1 Disc Holy Priest



Other class/specs will still be considered for acceptance into the guild, but will likely have to wait until a raid spot opens for them on the raid team.



Raider Rank:

We have a raider rank that we will be using for 25s that comes with certain requirements and benefits.



Requirements:

-75% raid attendance. We think that's reasonable as it gives us solid reliability while still allowing for RL related missed days. This allows a raider to miss one run every 2 weeks whereas 90% (what most ''hardcore'' guilds go for) is about 1 missed raid a month.

-100% raid notification. If you can make it we need you to sign up queued to confirm. If you can't we need you to sign up canceled so we know we'll have to fill the spot. Doing this takes 2 seconds and there's really no excuse not to.

-100% Prepared and on time. That means consumables and whatnot on hand and at the raid spot by raid time.

-Show an understanding of your class required for this level of raiding. This is somewhat subjective. We will work with people who lag behind here and are willing to learn, but we have to put the well being of the raid foremost here.



Benefits:

-Reserved raid slot. The main benefit of maintaining the consistency we need from our raiders for our progression nights is a reserved raid slot. We're aiming ~30 people at the raider rank with a goal of 75% attendance so if we have >25 raiders on a given night there may be some overlap, but it should be minimal. I don't think I'll complain too much if we start having that problem.

-Access to a guild tab with higher end consumables (flasks, elixirs etc). This will be somewhat fluid due to mat availability and amount of need, but we're going to try to do this to help keep the costs associated with progression raiding as low as possible.
