3 Nights a week, focused hard mode progression

Temerity, a recently formed alliance raiding guild on the PVE server Windrunner, is now recruiting. In less than 3 months of existence we have rapidly progressed through content and are ranked as a top 100 US guild per wowprogress. All of this while only raiding 25 man content 3 nights a week! Our officers and many of our members have a long history of raiding experience, fully clearing Sunwell in TBC, completing all raiding achievements from Wrath launch including Immortal, Undying, 3d Sarth 10 & 25, 5 minute Malygos (pre 6 minute nerf). In less than 3 months of 25 man raiding, we have cleared all Ulduar hard modes INCLUDING Algalon. We need a few more skilled players to complete our roster, finish heroic Trial of the Grand Crusader content, and prepare for Icecrown.

We also have one shot each of the encounters on 25 man Trial of the Crusader as they have become unlocked on normal mode.
We have2 groups that have fully cleared 10 man Heroic Trial of the Grand Crusader with Tribute Chests on 10 man.
We have completed the first 4 encounters of 25 man Heroic Trial of the Grand Crusader and are working on Anub.

Key details:
Three nights a week: Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday
Raid times: 7:45PM muster; 8pm PST to 11:30 PST raid
Members: only the best!
Loot system: EPGP

Exceptional players of any class are always encouraged to apply and will be considered, but we are particularly in need of:

Balance Druid - HIGH (capable and willing to occasionally heal a plus)
Holy Paladin - HIGH
Healer - (Preferably resto druid or priest) - Medium

We are looking for very skilled players with progression raid experience who want to raid as efficiently as possible -- we consider every member's time a valuable commodity, which means pulling on time, finishing on time, and not wasting time in raids. We expect the best of our members and only accept 100% from everyone. If you are serious about raiding, and want to prove three nights is all it takes to have fun, be competitive, and see the hardest of the hard before it gets nerfed, Temerity is the place you want to be.
