[PVP-EST] <Mediocracy> Recruiting Sarth+3 Down

&lt;Mediocracy&gt; is a top raiding guild on the Anetheron server. We raid from 7:30pm-12 EST three nights a week, with invites going out at 7pm sharp. Our raid schedule is always posted at least a month in advance for our guilds convenience, and we NEVER raid Friday or Saturday. We expect near perfect attendance from our raiders, and anything less than 90% will not cut it here.



Some of our notable achievements in Wrath of the Lich King are:

First guild to clear all 10 and 25 man raid bosses

First guild to defeat Sartharion with 1 and 2 drakes up

Sartharion with 3 drakes down

We have 3 groups able to clear all of the 10 man raid content, including Sartharion with drakes up.



What we are looking for in our recruits:



-Mature attitude.

Our guild is a mature guild with low drama and would expect any potential recruits to not bring any immature attributes with them. Of course we fool around and have fun every once and a while, but when it comes to raiding we expect serious individuals.



-Eagerness.

We are looking for people who are willing to spend time doing heroics and farming to obtain 90% + of the best gear available to them. We want people who get the best enchants and gems available to them. Mediocracy is only interested in those who are looking for a long term raiding position. Our goal is to have dedicated raiders who will give it their all on every pull. When Ulduar comes out we are aiming to be at the top of progression again, and to accomplish this we need people who want to be there.



-Knowledge.

We want someone who excels at their class, and is constantly testing out ways to improve their performance in raids. Our officers have a strong grasp of all classes, and could ask a lot of questions to find out whether or not you know what they are doing. Gear isn't as important as just being good at your class and willingness to research and know fights in advance.



What is expected of our raiders:

-Flasks and other consumables that will be beneficial to the raid

-Addons :

Deadly Boss Mods

Grid (Mainly for healers)

Omen

-Stable internet connection and respectable fps in raids

-Ventrilo



We take our raids seriously but are certainly not imposed to having some fun while we‘re killing bosses. Medio’s roster consists of mainly a bunch of college students who like to have fun and get things done. We clear all of the 25 man content in around 3.5-4 hours!



Guild repairs are enabled for raiding and feasts are provided at every raid! We expect you to always be flasked for bosses!
