[A-CST] - Khadgar - 25 - Open Recruitment

<Can Heal Stupid> is looking for knowledgeable, serious players able to focus and fulfill their role successfully in progressive content. We are looking for people who aren't attention-hungry or emotional. We have standard baselines by class and role.

We are willing to help you learn, however, we want you to be able to effectively execute your role and whatever is asked of you.

For instance, if you are a Rogue and are assigned to kick on General Vezax, despite your personal DPS loss, we want to be able to count on you to be anal and not miss kicks, even if it means your DPS is terrible for that encounter. Your goal needs to be the same as ours':

To successfully down the bosses and/or execute the agreed upon hard-modes successfully, repeatedly, and without issue.

As you review what classes and roles we are looking to fill, please note that we strictly monitor the performance of all of our members to ensure that the motivation and performance of our guild is based around successfully accomplishing the goals that we set forward for each night of raiding.

That being said, I know that there is quite a few 25 man guilds that are not raiding or are taking a hiatus from raiding right now, and if you are like us, it is killing you to sit in Dalaran all night. We have 20 solid raiders right now, and we need more, Tanks, DPS, and healers, basically everything. If you enjoy the thrills of Hardmodes, are unhappy with not raiding, and are capable of pulling your own weight in a raid, we are looking for you. The application process is 100% confidential, we won't waste your time, so please don't waste ours.

Raid nights are Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM server. We expect at least 3/5 days per week, but understand that RL > WoW.

Our base 20 players have successfully cleared to Yogg weekly in 25, and we are looking to bolster our ranks a bit, and get in there to get him down.

Just as an aside - since we are a recent reform guild, and planning to step into 25s during this raid reset (07/28/2009), you will be getting in on the ground floor! Perks of this can include:
