Hello,
The Sundering is currently looking for an experienced Healing Leader to assist with the push through Cataclysm content. Applicants must have strong upbeat, motivational and assertive leadership qualities to assist the raid leader, acting as an intermediary between him and the healers.

The Sundering has been raiding on Cenarius since Vanilla, November 24th 2004.
Cenarius is one of the top progression PVE servers to date. It is an excellent server for raiders of all time zones with plenty of opportunities available to its' players.

Requirements:
-Must be able to talk on vent, and able to give explanations when necessary.
-Must speak clearly.
-Must have extensive raid knowledge of current raid content.
-Must have extensive knowledge of each healing class and where to use them.
-Must be adaptive and able to improvise.
-Must be constructive with feedback.
-Must know how to separate yourself from your guild mates. Everyone must be treated equally in raids.
-Must be dedicated and loyal to the guild.

Responsibilities:
-Assign healer configurations and monitor performance throughout the raid
-Work with the Raid Leader in any situation.
-Knowledge of each healing class.
-Know your healers on a social level, fitting the play style with the job.
