Progression in a fun, relaxed atmosphere

We are a small, relaxed guild. We make use of the 10-man raiding style because it enables us to achieve good, progressive raiding without having to be anal about attendance and pushing people to raid more days then they would like.

However, in order for it to work each player in the 10-man raid needs to be fairly good. Having a good, skilled group of people enables us to attain progression whilst maintaining a relaxed raiding style.

Our raid nights are on Wed and Sun 7.30-11.30. We don't require that you come to all raids. Just that you only commit to those you can make.
