Raiding Meta guild

We are looking for 80's for the raiding groups we are putting together to run 10/25 man content. This is separate from any guild, we are not recruiting for our in-game guild, our website has more info. This can be considered a beta, so we are especially looking for feedback and people who would like to become "early adopters" of this sort of system. If you have the maturity, teamwork, and attitude to get into raiding; but not the contacts, schedule, or top tier gear, running with us may be a good alternative.
