Dilution finished the Wrath expansion 10/12 for heroic 25 content - 6th on server. Raid times are as follows (central/server time):

(A little about us)
Dilution elected to remain a 25-man guild, while most on Malygos chose to downsize. Current progression is always available at http://www.guildox.com/go/g.asp?a=2&r=Malygos%2DUS , although we await a system that truly separates 25 man progress and achievements accurately. Experience and gear is a definite plus, plus 75% attendance is required for new applicants, 90% required to be part of the core progression team. Loot is ran using the EPGP system, detailed on our website. Dilution has a laid back atmosphere, but during raid times are extremely focused and geared toward progression. We've kept the guild experience cap under check as well, earning the maximum amount possible each week since the Cataclysm release. (Some detailed information about us!)
<Dilution> on the Malygos server is a late-night, adult-only guild. Our focus is on 25-man PVE progression. Many of our members are west coasters, work late night, or swing shift, thus our play times are set for after we come home from work, have dinner, put the kids to bed, etc. Off-nights remain busy as well, with people running 5-mans, working on alts, or smashing horde in organized battlegrounds. We focus on recruiting only self-sufficient mature raiders who take initiative and don't need to be monitored. You must be a TRUE raider: Show up to raids knowledgeable about the boss fights and prepared, be it with consumables, the best spec, glyphs, enchants, gems for your class role and willing to do what it takes to help the guild progress. Our members are all adults, many of us have children. Please don't apply if you're not of age. You may be a great player, but we aren't going to consider someone still in high school when we raid until the AM. You must also be a team player: For progression encounters, we WILL put the best 25 in for the fight, in order to succeed.

Loot distribution is managed by the EPGP (dkp reloaded) add-on available at curse; The add-on provides up-to-the-minute EPGP standings in-game, while the EPGP system allows loot priority to rotate and reward those who attend on a consistent basis.

We do expect a 100% attendance as much as possible but missing raid days from time to time is understandable. We fully understand that life happens, but that said, we need members who can commit to 3-4 nights and show up prepared. Dropping below 75% could revoke your raid status, depending on circumstance.
