Recruiting Ranged for Trial of the Grand Crusader

Undivided is a mature raiding guild looking for a warrior tank who can make every raid night. Typically 3 days a week with a possible monday raid to finish things up. Hours are Tues-Thurs 8-12pm Central time server. 10-man hard mode groups are typically later at night, or on the weekends. We're 3/5 trial of the crusader right now but we haven't had much opportunity to work on hard modes consistently due to spotty attendance. Can't do hard modes with 22-24 people. 25 is very necessary.

More importantly we need a shadowpriest, boomkin, hunter, or warlock to fill our last few raids spots. We're mage heavy otherwise we'd be recruiting them too. Please have a clue, do at least 6,000dps in a 25-man. We don't mind gearing people. But we want long term raiders who know how to play. We just got rid of some bad ranged who were doing 5-5.5k when everyone else is doing 7-9k

We've been on LS since BT came out and in burning crusade we went from Server ~30th to server 9th in a matter of a few months. We're a determined bunch of old friends who turned a casual guild into a hardcore raiding environment. about 10 of our players have been with the guild since SSC progression. We hope you have some invested interest in joining our guild and also interest in being in the top5 ranked guilds on the server. If you don't know LS is a very competitive raiding server which has hosted several US top100 guilds.
