[Bleeding Hollow-PvP] [A] <Demon Within> Softcore Raiding

<Demon Within> (demonwithin.com), a Alliance guild on Bleeding Hollow-PvP, is looking for:

* 2 Rogues (ASAP)
* 1 Holy specialized Priest (open)
* Exceptional and competent ranged DPS (open)

Guild philosophy:
Sociable and sympathetic, we raid 2-3 days per week. Eventhough some of us do not spend most of our time online, we show dedication and knowledge in PvE environement.

Progression:

Heroic Naxxramas 15/15 cleared;
Heroic OS+2 cleared;
Heroic EoE cleared.

Raiding Schedule:
In our optimal performance, all 25-man content should be cleared on 2 raiding nights with Sunday to finish anything left up:

* Tuesday 7:30pm-11:30pm (eastern time)
* Thursday 7:30pm-11:30pm (eastern time)
* If needed Sunday 7:30pm-11:30pm (eastern time)

DKP system:

<Demon Within> uses a attendance/dkp system in which higher attendance, on a 30 days basis, is considered over the amount of dkp accumulated.

Raiding requirements:

* Read the required strategy on wowwiki.com;
* Deadly Boss Mods;
* Omen threat meter;
* Raid-frame mod such as Grid (Healers especially);
* Proper consumables (Flasks and food).

<Demon Within> is composed of a variety of individuals from stressed college students to warm-loving parents. For this reason, you will find dedicated pvp/pve players, casual players, friends and families. Noone will force you to raid and we understand that real life takes precedence over WoW.
