[H-PVP] Blood Sweat and Tiers 15/15 naxx OS clear!

<Blood Sweat and Tiers> Is seeking active, dedicated, and skilled players for raiding.

Currently seeking exceptional candidates from various classes for competitive raiding.

Applicants must:

A) be able to attend 75% of all raids

b) understand their class and its mechanics.

c) must be able to follow directions and maintain competitive levels of dps / healing ( based on your role in the encounter)

d) must be able and willing to come prepared to raids, knowing all encounters, having all consumables (flask / food / elixir, etc etc)

e) must be mature, no little kiddy drama please.



~Loot is done through a loot council, based off of many factors. If the item is an upgrade / time spent in guild / raid attendance / performance / preparedness.. This is a fair method, unlike DKP~ Anyone who cries over how loot is distributed will be warned, repeated complaints over loot will result in your termination from the guild. We are here to progress, and to do so loot must be distributed evenly. Regardless if you have had 100% raid attendance, if an item is a marginal upgrade for you, and a major upgrade for someone else, chances are the item is going to go for the big upgrade for the good of the guild. We are a team, and as such you should be willing to congratulate someone on your team on obtaining a new item. If you hate before you congratulate, do not waste our time.



Currently raiding 4 nights a week on average. Tuesday / wednesday / thursday and sunday from ~7:30 - ~11:30 pm server time. (eastern time zone)



Applicants must have and be able to use ventrilo. If you can not use ventrilo your application will be over looked. Other required addons are listed on the website, if accepted into the guild you will be able to view this list of addons.



Unfortunately, we are not looking for:

Hunters.

Prot Paladins.



If you are looking for a competitive raiding guild, and think that you have something you can contribute visit bstguild.com. Currently only looking for people who feel that they can be a part of a *CORE* raiding group. We are not looking for slackers, half steppers, and people who are unable to move out of rain of fire / void spots. We are a new guild but have many skilled players whom were the core raiding group of another guild that disbanded (stopped raiding 2 months prior to WOTLK release).



This guild will be progressing quickly, and will be on the bleeding edge of content, if you are lookin to raid, and down bosses quickly and efficiently. This may be the guild for you.
