Looking for a casual, fun leveling/raiding guild?

Mostly Harmless is a fun leveling guild that is starting to progress into raids. At the core we have some experience spread out over many raids. We are working on getting people geared through Naxx10 and building experience. We are looking for all classes and all experienced or non players that want a fun, casual raiding environment. We are serious about raiding but want to make it as fun as possible. We are looking at scheduling 1 weekday and 1 weekend raid right now til we get more times from people.
Our loot rules are simple at the moment. Raid leader is master loot. You need a piece, you roll for it if it is an upgrade. If no one needs it, you can roll for offspec or else we roll for shards.
