DunderMifflin looking for HEALERS and TANKS for end-game content!!!

We are a causal raiding guild that is progression based. We run about 3 nights a week, sometimes more. We run 10man content and from time to time, group up with other guilds to run a 25man. We are currently focused on Ulduar10, ToC10 and have Onyxia10 on farm every week. We do have a fun run day every Tuesday since on Tuesdays you never know if the servers will be stable, so we do't plan anythign serious. We usually do old school achievement runs like Kara, Molten Core, BWL and other old school raids.

We are currently focused on needing more tanks and healers, any class as we are not crazy about what class you can, just that you can get the job done. We take dps classes, but currently need more tanks ad heals more. We also do not focus mainly on gear score alone. It plays a small part of it, but if you can prove you can do the job as needed, then that is good.
