Recruiting Raiders

<Society of Misanthropes> of Anvilmar is looking for quality players to help kill the big baddies that drop the purty purple stuff that people like to wear….

Right now, we’re looking for…

tanks…big fat bear butts, meat shields, tankadins…
heals…pally and shammy heals please…
dps…lazorchickens, boogermakers, ele/enh shammies…

Now, if you bring the right attitude, the ability to stfu and do what’s asked of you (whether it be to unleash the pain or get your hiney out of a gas cloud), are interested in partaking of the fun times to be had from working on progression pieces to talking about yesterday’s trip to the oval office (and, no I’m not talking about the one at the white house)… and you meet our not so long list of raider standards…

1) must be 18+ years old
2) be able to attend 2/3+ of all raids (nothing sucks more than having awesome people that never show)
3) must be able to use Vent and required guild add-ons
4) have a stable internet connection and not AFK every 3 seconds
5) be prepared for raids ahead of time with food/flask, fully repaired, etc. etc. all that good stuff
6) acquired the highest level of gems and enchants available to the applicant
7) self motivation to research gear upgrades, ability usage, raid encounters
8) give and receive constructive criticism on the spot to master new encounters

Here's what you can expect from us:
1) an officer core that pushes for new kills, but not at the cost of your sanity
2) as fair and balanced a loot system as we've possibly been able to come up with
3) support in developing your character into the best it can be (this doesn't mean handing you free gear; it means working with you to fine tune specs, etc)
4) a guild which does not support a@@hattery simply because 'they're the best (insert class/spec here) we've ever seen'
5) a 6-tab guild vault and AWESOME tabbard (sorry, had to say it : P)
