Pariah(H)-Bloodhoof-US:Looking for the last few

Pariah is an Established guild on Bloodhoof, we formed in 8/06 and have grown into a end game guild pushing for the new content. We are a low drama guild that puts what we expect out of our members clearly and will replace those not living up to that commitment. We are made up of some PvPer's, Social members that cant raid any more, some casual, and lastly our Core raiders.. We are focused on end game content so are looking to add to that core raid group...

Pariah is looking for experienced raiders who excel at their role,and want to see end game content. If you are not able to commit to raiding at least 3 - 4 days per week don't bother to apply. If you are not willing to work on your gear out side of raids, don't bother to apply. If you are on the other hand willing to farm gear and mats needed for raiding and help out your guildies then we look forward to reviewing your application.

We are looking to add people for our hard mode 10 mans and our 25 man raid team as well.

Loot: Dkp is used for 25 man raids / Loot council for 10 mans Heroics / Hard Modes

Raid Times: For 25 man Content

Wednesday , Thursday - 7 pm est to 10-10:30
Saturday 7 pm to 11 - midnight
Sunday 7 pm to 10: - 10:30

Off nights :
10 man guild runs ( Hard Mode , if group makes works )

Current Class Needs: Exceptional Apps always considered

Deathknight- DPS
Druid - Low
Hunter - Low
Mage - Low
Paladin - Low
Priest - High : Holy
Rogue - Medium
Shaman - Low
Warlock - Low
Warrior - High: Arms

Expectations:
- 65% raid attendance or higher
- You must have vent
- Be knowledgeable of your class. Know how to listen. Be an asset.
- Know all fights before you get there. If you haven't raided it before go watch a video, and read some strats.
- We have more than 25 active raiders so you will not always get a 25man raid spot. You will still be expected to be online for invites.

Guild support:
- Guild Vault helps to provide some raiding supplies to the guild raiders
- Donation system for guild members to earn DKP

Guild events:
- Weekly 10 man's
- Heroics and other instances being run with guildies


Duel specs: All raiders are required to have 2 raiding specs.
