Late Night PST - Hardcore LFM 25 Mans

Spite of Baelgun is recruiting limited classes for our 25 man roster. We as a guild have cleared all Wotlk 10 man content as Alliance first 10 man Malygos kill.





WHO WE ARE



Spite was formed a few weeks before the expansion with the intent of having a successful, hardcore raid setting. The majority of our roster comes from an older guild that was well on it's way into sunwell upon the WotLK launch. That guild sadly fell apart and thus arose Spite; the phoenix from the ashes if you will.



Spite members take pride in their accomplishments and skill, we are here to do the very best we can as fast as possible. We dictate a no drama rule and we enforce it. Many of us have been playing this game since day one and have seen many guilds fall to pieces due to drama. SPITE WILL BE DRAMA FREE.



RAIDS



We raid a steady 5 days a week, Monday-Friday and dedicate the weekends to heroics and general PvP. Invites start at 10 PM server (PST) and the first pull will be no later than 10:30. We run until 1:30 AM. If a chance at progression is imminent, be prepared for the possibly of an additional half hour or so. We have all 10 man content cleared and are finishing our 25 man roster.



POTENTIAL RECRUITS



On Server: Be prepared for a thorough test, which will include a heroic run of some type so we may get the gist of your overall skill and attitude.



Transfers: If you think your ability to play your class and situational awareness are up to par with us, then feel free to app. If you have any doubts at all or think that you might not be up to snuff or won't be good enough but are hoping we'll feel sorry for you - We won't. You want a raid spot, you will earn it, or you will sit.



We expect every member of the guild to earn loot, not have it given to them. We will not be party to holding someone's hand through a 25 man to get them the loot they need. You will take the initiative to gear yourself up through heroics, whether guilded or pugged. You will do this for the greater good, and you will like it.

EPGP is based on the concept of Effort Points and Gear Points. Effort Points quantify the effort each member put towards the (common) guild goals and Gear Points quantify what each member got back in return. Loot priority is computed as the quotient of the two; priority (PR) is equal to EP/GP.
