Don't have a Naxx Achievement?

During my time on WoW I have seen a certain discrimination towards players who dont have gear/achievements for raiding content and it made me wonder as to how anybody was supposed to accomplish anything when people were asking for geared players for the very instances in which gear is supposed to be obtained. And seeing this has prompted me to create my own guild in hopes of finding other players who have a desire to get into end game content in a fun and casual way without the sometimes excessive requirements to get into hardcore raiding guilds. All I seek is mature players who have a common desire to raid in a learn as we go approach. One must come ready to learn and be helpful with a clear understanding that full clears will come eventually. Friendly people is a must and negativity towards others will not be tolerated. Joking and laughing is fine and even off colored remarks dont offend us. We are normal laid back people looking for people just like us. There is nothing wrong with wiping in a raid! Just as long as you laugh it off and learn for the next time. Email me if interested with the subject (Guild)
