Casual Raiding Guild LFM for ICC and RS!

<Havoc> of Khadgar (PVE EST server) is currently looking for a few specific classes to round out our core raid group. We currently raid 25-man content twice a week, and encourage our members to run 10-man progression content once a week (though it is not required). Our raiding schedule is as follows:

Sunday: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST (Required 25-man raid)
Wednesday: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST (Required 25-man raid)
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00 PM - 12:00 PM (Optional 10-man raid)

Two nights a week may sound pretty lean for a raid schedule, but all of our members know how to focus and give 110% when we raid, so we get more done in less time than many other casual raiding guilds. We do ask that prospective members are geared with at least 226+ item level equipment; our lean raiding schedule does not leave us time to gear someone from the ground up. We expect our raiders to arrive to raids on-time, fully repaired/stocked with consumables, and read-in on all the current content prior to the start of any raid.

Our current recruitment needs are as follows:

- Warlock or Mage
- Rogue
- Feral Druid
- Enhancement Shaman
- Holy Paladin or Disc Priest

We would also consider a small group that doesn't necessarily fit completely into the classes listed above (but at least partially), provided all interested players have above-average skill.

10 - Icecrown Citadel 12/12 (10/12 Heroic)
10 - Tribute to Insanity (50/50 ToGC), farming mounts

We pride ourselves in remaining in the top 3-4 Horde guilds of the server while only raiding 8-12 hours a week. Havoc's members are mature, solid, team-oriented players, most of which have been playing together for years. We value quality, loyalty, and dedication, and strive to treat all of our members fairly, equally, and respectfully. We invest the time necessary to research our individual classes, boss strategies, and gear, and expect the same from prospective members. The majority of our raiders are 21+ with a few younger. We all have work, school, and families IRL and don't want the stress of a 4-5day / 5 hour raid schedule, so we make the most of our limited 2-day schedule.
