Pretty Hate Machine of Sargeras-US, is built on the foundation that a guild is a team not a clique or a cheer leading squad focused around three or four people. We want members that thrive on challenges, who aren't content with just seeing the endgame content for face value. We want members that are willing to throw themselves into the wall over and over again for that achievement or that hard mode until that wall breaks. We want members that don't complain or ask to be sat when we don't extend a raid lockout so we have a chance to get BiS trinkets or items for those that still need them.

We want members that are ready and willing to perhaps accept the biggest challenge of all: creating a cohesive team from scratch.

In terms of recruitment we are not concerned with gear. I say this simply because there is no amount of gear that can make or break a bad player. However, that being said applying with multiple blues will get your application discarded. The LFG feature although as horrific as it can be, has made getting gear in this game an act of patience not accomplishment.

Full 264 gear cannot ensure that you stay the hell out of fire. The name of the game is skill. What we look for in our members is the knowledge they have of their class, their ability to fill a different roll within a raid if necessary, their ability to listen, and their desire to raid.

Being top on a DPS meter, but not being able to utilize any of your classes raid utility is not the type of player we are looking for.
