Gentle DPS Expanding to 25 man raids

(Name Derrived from the good ol' days, but also "Gentle DPS on Feugan/Stalagg" - Naxx :D)

A new guild formed on Hellscream EU, formed of Death Kisses Previous raid progression team. We are a group of highly skilled players, but we also class ourselves as friends.
Our aim as a guild is to progress, raid and have fun doing so.

Info:

Progression

- ICC 10 6/12
- Crusaders' Coliseum on 10 man Farm. (ToTG 4/5)
- Ulduar 10 (13/14) hard modes (3/10)
- Onyxia 10
- The rest of the time we run heroics to gear alts and offspecs.
- We dont just do progression raids, we also raid Naxx 10, Os 10 and give every one the chance despite of there gear level. We also have achievement runs.
- We raid usually 5-7 Days a week.
- Raid times start at 2030 Server and end 2400+

Our Long term plan is to recruit enough members to start 25 mans without pugging.

We are recruiting:

- Ranged DPS.
- We will consider other applicants aswell.


Our Requirements:

- 16 Years of age. (Exceptions can be made if you can prove your maturity!)
- An understanding of tactics in English.
- You must be active, At least signing to 2-3 raids a week. We also require that you dont just sign for the raids you need gear from, our guild is a team.
- A main characteur, we do not accept people who will not play the char they join as the most.
- Level 80 with at least level 200 purples. (Average Lvl ~200-213)
- Afks during raids will not be tolerated.
- Being able to listen to Ingame voice chat is a requirement.
- Properly gemmed and enchanted gear.
- We are a friendly bunch, we require you to at least have a tiny bit of social input :P e.g No winers and no "Know it alls"
- We have a no fuss loot system. Mainspec, then offspec. This does not mean lucky rollers gain all loot, exceptions are made by raid leader and his/her rule is final.
- We are a PVE Guild, we do accept PvP but not those who prefer it over PvE.


We Offer you:

- Alot of raiding fun, we aim to have a good time raiding, progress is second too fun! If you dont have a smile on your face when you raid with us, your missing something :/
- A close nit group of friends, most played together over a year. We raid as friends, not as 'no personality' hardcore raiders!
- Each new member is offered a Two week trial period. As a close nit bunch, we need to be assured you will fit in in the long term. You also need to see if you enjoy us :) After this trial period is over, we will review whether you are 'meant' for the guild or not.
- An Alt rank, you can bring your alts over too, we also raid with alts to gear up sometimes too.
- A Full range of proffesions in the guild
- Organised well thorough management, active officers and GM (Everspring for President)


Alot of our members have come from hardcore raiding guilds and just havent enjoyed the fact they cant chat in /g chat or the fact they havent met any nice people/made friends. There comes a time for some when you realise your may have the shiny gear, but your just not having fun!
If you felt like this previously and instead want to progress with a close nit group of friends, but dont want to give up your regular shinies, we are the guild for you!
