Our Expectations
* We are looking for players that can behave maturely and treat others with respect. This can often include constructive criticism on how you are performing during a raid.
* We expect for members to maintain a minimum 75% raid attendance. You must be able to raid 3 of our 4 raid nights. We keep a small raiding bench to accomodate for RL issues, consistency is what we are looking for in our raid team.
* We are looking for players that can demonstrate they have a good understanding of their class mechanics.
* Good situational awareness is a must.
* We expect members to be prepared for an encounter prior to attempting it to include reading strategies, watching videos, and talking to members of your class.
* We expect our members to be helpful and contribute to the guild's success.

Looting
Lok Tar uses a system known as PIRATE to distribute loot. This is a weighted bonus rolling system based on your raid attendance and number of items you have received. The more raids you attend the more likely it is you will get loot. The formula's used allow for the fairest distribution of loot that will most benefit the guild, not necessarily the player. This allows us to do loot relatively quickly with no "loot drama".

About Lok Tar
Lok Tar was created on Altar of Storms slightly before Burning Crusade was released. Since then, we have strived to be a competitive raiding guild on the server. Some notable guild achievements include: Server 2nd clear of Karazhan, Server Horde 4th clear of Black Temple, Server 3rd Sartharion 3D, Server 4th Yogg-Saron (Normal), Server 1st Glory of the Ulduar Raider (10-Man), and finally Server 4th clear of Trial of the Crusader (25-Man Normal).
