25 man Progression Raiding guild

<Surge> is an Alliance guild on Trollbane that is recruiting for our 25 man progression.

In the few short months we’ve been a guild we’ve managed to progress through a large part of ICC 25 and ICC 10. Currently we are:

7/12 ICC 25
9/12 ICC10

We’re looking for competent players who understand many aspects of their class, and who are dedicated to taking down the Lich King. Our main goal is progression, on both 10 and 25 man, and as such we have certain time demands on our players.

We raid Sunday-Wednesday 7PM-11PM. 100% attendance is preferred if at all possible, but we understand that you have a family, a job, and school to contend with. Attendance is a factor in our loot decisions, but that does not mean that the player who plays 24/7 will always be chosen to get pieces over the person who can only make raid times. The loot system we use is loot council-- Officers and Guild Assists view the people linking for the item and work together to make a decision based on how the loot will benefit the raid. In our loot council couples or family members are not allowed to vote on the item their family member or significant other is linking for, nor are members of the council allowed to vote on items they want. One thing we desire most from our raiders is attitude. If you are willing to listen, take constructive criticism, and learn the fights we are participating in then you will fit right in with our other raiders. We know it can be frustrating to wipe on progression content, but keeping a cool head during raids is absolutely essential to getting anywhere in ICC content.

Another aspect of the attitude we ask of our raiders is no trade chat , general chat, or forum trolling. No one likes to be a float in the drama boat, and dragging the guilds name into it is not something that will be tolerated.
