New weekend raiding guild starting to recruit

Impunitus is a newly formed guild on the server Twisting Nether and are trying to gather recruits that wants to raid on the weekend, which will include Saturday and Sunday Afternoons from 1pm-5pm CST. The leader has experiance in fights up to 9/12 in ICC.

What Impunitus is looking for:
Someone that can be consistent in raiding schedules, we won't expect 100% attendance, but we need someone who will be there majority of the time!
Someone that is looking to enjoy themselves and not looking to cause drama, we want a friendly enviroment that can become a family.
Someone that is willing to be serious during boss fights and puts 100% effort into raiding.
Someone that doesn't just log into raid but plays the game outside of raid times as well.
Someone that knows there class/or shows effort into trying to improve their gameplay.
