LFM solid core raiders

Howdy! I just transferred to the Vashj US server and realized that the failure rate of PUG's was unusually high. To fight back, I decided to make a guild dedicated to completing 10m content. Also, I'd like to give the deserving players who are neglected by their own guilds a chance to prove their worth.

Now, I'm looking for 20-25 solid members (no more than 2-3of each class). There will be 2 raiding groups to better accommodate my players with a late night schedule. The days and times have not been determined as of yet but we'd like it to look something like this:
Tuesday: 7:30pm-10pm PST
Wednesday: 10pm-1am PST
Thusday: 7:30-10pm PST
Sunday: 10-1am PST

(Server is PST timezone).
*These are just generic times, TBA when full groups have been asembled.

What I expect from my raiders:
I'd like everyone who participates in our guild to first and foremost, be MATURE. Experience in raids is a plus (especially ToC/ICC), but not necessary since we will have guild conditioning to promote better teamwork weekly. Lastly, 'patience' is key. Wipes will happen, but the way to handle that is to regroup and make another attempt (ie. utilize time properly to gain the largest amount of raid completion).

Loot System:
Suicide Kings - 1 MS, 1 OS, 1 Trophy/Token.
(for those who don't know, when a raid starts, I'm going to have everyone roll 1-100. Players will then be put on a list, highest rolls to lowest. If an item that you'd like drops, it will be assessed by who has priority, depending on your position on the list. For instance, if you're thrid in line and the person before you would like the same item, he ultimately can choose to take it or pass. By taking the item, the player is moved to the bottom of the list. Passing keeps you at your current position. Simple once you get used to it.

Last words:
Our goal is to make sure everyone accomplishes what they set out to do. For instance, I've been waiting since WC3 to kill Arthas. This is why I pay to play WoW.
