<Source> of Dalvengyr [PVP] is currently recruiting active members to tighten our roster while we progress through new content. We are a recently transferred guild from the server Winterhoof.

A bit about us:
Source was started right before the release of WOTLK. We are a progression oriented guild which was once part of the new players server Winterhoof. We transferred to Dalvengyr for two reasons 1) The PvP making the usual playing time more fun 2) We were tried of the new players on Winterhoof and lack of quality players overall.

We run 25 man raids Mondays, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8PM (EST - Server Time) until 11PM (EST - Server Time). Occasionally we do run over from time to time if we are trying to kill a new boss, no later than Midnight (EST). We also will be running 10 man raids on Thursdays. Thursdays are optional for raiders and times are not always set until that week, but generally around the 8PM (EST) normal raid time.

Our loot system is a modified EPGP system. All players regardless of rank earns points based on the level of content that is done for that particular raid day. Full members can bid on Main Spec items, Trial Members only receive items if no other members bid on the item. If all bids are for OS, members will get the item over a Trial Member in that case as well. However if the Trial Member bids for MS and the Member bids for OS, the Trial Member will receive the item. • Daily raid repairs up to 100g
• Two flasks per raid day
• Enchanting materials are provided by the guild for your main spec

As a trial member to the guild please expect to raid right away. We want people who yearn for progression as much as we do! If you cannot meet the requirement of 9 hours of raiding per week, you will not earn a raid spot.

Expectations from Applicants:
The Trial period will approximately last 3 weeks, where if you prove yourself, you will become a full member. Trial periods may be ended early for exceptional characters or by failing to meet our raiding standards.

You MUST:
Know your class inside and out. (We WILL talk to you extensively to make sure you do.)
Be prepared to wipe on hard encounters with max consumables.
Be able to make a minimum of 90% of raids as a trial, and notify an officer before missing one.
Have gear that will allow you to be viable in new content.
Have max enchants, gems, and enough gold to withstand getting new gear and progression nights.
Enjoy raiding, and expect to do a lot of it.
Be a friendly person, be able to take jokes and criticism, and be a good guild member.
Be able to defend any decision you have made for your character.
Expect to raid for achievements once the fights are known.
Have ventrilo and a working microphone, if possible.
