25 end game progression raiding guild LF a few core raiders

We run a small roster with few people benched if none at all. We were a core of 15 players from a small realm, and decided to move servers to a more prosperous one, in which is now Icecrown. Ruin is a very put together guild with members who have played between 1-3 years together. Our guild roster of mains that run 25 is sitting around 26 atm. The list was a little more, but only by 3 more people.

We have a few spots open and competition is welcomed. We have two 10 man groups that run during off nights, at least one of the groups has 6/12 in heroic mode down.

-Outstanding players put forth outstanding or at the very least, thoughtful applications, you need to convince us why we should accept you.
-Research your class
-Learn from your mistakes
-Able to handle critisim
-Theorycraft your class, other classes shouldn't be telling you how to play and actually know more than you do

-Current progression is ICC 25N 11/12, ICC 10N 12/12, 10H 6/12,

Outstanding raiders are encouraged to app regardless if your class spot is filled. Also, posting any kind of Logs to show your dps/heals is required.
