<Aphelion> of Area 52 is a newly-formed, 10-man focused horde guild that was created to provide a home for those of us seeking a fairly casual environment, yet still see content at our own pace. What sets us apart from many other guilds you’ll encounter is that every one of our members has a chance to have input. We value each and every person and embrace what he or she has to offer – even if that’s just a saucy picture.

Our current player base consists of folks from all across the continent (yes, we even have a super Canadian) and our ages average out around 30-ish. Yes, we have some younger folks, as well as older folks, but we won’t discriminate based on age… we discriminate based on the amount you rave on about Twilight or your AARP discount. (Just for clarification – that’s the less the better). We have a wide variety of personalities as well. Some of us are a little more sarcastic and snarky, others are a little more tame and just plain awesome and friendly.

We also have no level restrictions and are welcoming to folks new to the server with a similar mindset. However, this means you will need to dazzle us with your application just as much at level 25 as you would at 80. Additionally, everyone needs to either fill out an application or have a willing sponsor already in the guild. We recruit intelligently and selectively. This means we’re looking for great people, not just great players. We don’t care that you are the best warlock we’ve ever seen – if you’re a douchebag, you can look elsewhere.
