Crusade is an end-game progression guild based on the Frostwolf Server. Crusade was founded in 2007. Our officer core has been raiding since early Molten Core while being part of the guild, The Forgotten Legends. After Vanilla-WoW came to an end, The Forgotten legends broke apart and we formed Crusade. We are currently 9/12 in normal ICC25.

Raid Times:
Our Raid times are Monday through Thursday 8:00pm-11:30pm PST/PDT.


Expectations:
In a nutshell, we are looking for people who are here for the long term. We want players who can eventually be part of our raiding core and not quit or be fair-weather. Recruits will have about a month to prove themselves to be full-fledged members of our guild. Recruits are expected to show to all raids, not just farmed night. When we recruit you, we aren't recruiting you to fill a spot on the bench. We do lots of subbing and optimization of the raid for new content and you must be willing to sometimes be on standby. We are looking for people who always strive to be better and continue to get better after they get in the guild.


Gear Requirements:
As a recruit, you must show us that you actually invested time in your character and are geared for ICC at least. Your gear must be mainly ilvl 232, 245 and some 251s.


Milestones to pass as a recruit:
Performance: Recruits must show great situational awareness. We are looking for recruits who can be competitive with our current roster. If you cannot pull your weight or even outdps a tank (if you are a DPS class) we don't want you here. You must also keep up with your class mechanics and theorycraft the best you can. You research new fights and are prepared for anything we plug you in.

Attendance: As a recruit, you are expected to maintain 90% attendance or we cannot make use of you. The raid week generally gets shorter once the content becomes farmed. If you only log on for farmed content and never make progression raids, please don't apply.

Attitude: You must show us that you can mesh with the guild. We want team-players who can take constructive criticism. You must be willing to own up to your mistakes and learn from them. You cannot be fair-weathered and only give halfhearted attempts. Our overall attitude is also pretty mature and we don't want recruits going around doing immature junk like spamming meters to prove their worth. Our raids tend to be serious and focused. We try to keep our raid environment light, yet also serious. We have the most fun when downing the content and not messing around. Malcontents need not apply.
