[9/12 ICC25] Looking for healadin, tree, and melee!

Hello there,

Idiosyncrasy is a alliance guild focused on 25-man progression, formally together since WotLK but some core raiding together since vanilla. We are a casual guild in time required, we usually raid 1 night per week, but we are serious about progression and go up to 3 nights with progression bosses up. We aim to see content and raid smarter not harder, so come prepared, as we will not be raiding 7 nights per week to nail down what not to do. Many of us have work/school/stuff in the morning - our raiders' time is a valuable asset. Most importantly, we want to enjoy our time online. We expect a respectful, non-dramatic atmosphere with people who can take a joke, help each other out, and get things done without handholding.

We are looking for mature, experienced raiders, particularly healers and melee, who are also well-adjusted in life. We expect you to compete with our raiders from the trial onwards. We aim to find dedicated players who will make this their long term team and home, will enjoy raiding (no perpetual complaining) and the company of people with whom they raid.

About Us:

* We are at 9/12 ICC25 with a collection of hardmodes (see website)
* We raid Tues / Wed / Thur 7-12 EST, main night is Tuesday
* We use a set value DKP system called EPGP
