A Durotan based progression raiding guild is looking for Exceptional Players to expand our ranks in our "8pm" raiding group.

We are a guild with two raiding groups both of which are progressive. We have maintained our #1 position on the server since Sunwell.

Cleared 9/9 Ulduar Hardmodes and 5/5 Trial of the Grand Crusader including Tribute to Insanity. 11/12 ICC

"8pm" Raid hours - Tuesday,Wednsday,Thursday,Sunday from 7:30PM EST untill 12:00AM EST (server time)
"9pm" Raid Hours - Tuesday,Thursday,Sunday 9-1AM EST (server Time)

Class/Spec Requirements At this time are as follows. (all dual specced requests are in order of priority of main to off specs, We expect you to be proficient in both specs if you are applying as both)

The ideal applicant will...

-Applicants should be prepared to start raiding immediately upon joining.
-As we are currently recruiting for Icecrown, apps should have gear and experience suitable to the content. Experience with achievements/hard mode encounters in current (and older content, where applicable) is a preferred.
-Omen, DBM, ORA2, Power Auras and a few class-specific mods depending on your role.
-Ability to attend all raid days on a regular basis, with no major recurring conflicts, we have a requirement of 90% attendance in order to maintain a spot on our roster. Near 100% attendance is expected during your trial period. (approx. 30 days).
-Ventrilo, and a working mic. Listening and speaking (at least to convey time-sensitive raid information) are both required.
-A good attitude towards raiding and other players. Members are expected to bring their “A game” to raids every night, not taking AFKs every 20 minutes, follow instructions, and so on.
-Have gear, gems, enchants, glyphs, reputations, achievements, and professions that reflect a high level of dedication to raid performance.
-Have a solid understanding of all aspects of your class. You should have experience playing different specs in a raiding environment and be able to assume whatever role we deem necessary from you that your class can perform. You should be using the dual-spec system to increase your versatility in a raiding environment.
-Research new fights ahead of time and come prepared to contribute to the group’s learning of each encounter. Showing up to a raid oblivious of an encounter’s mechanics is unacceptable.
-A sense of humor and thick skin. We are not complete @!*%*%#s, however we do expect our raiders to be able to take and give constructive criticism that sometimes may be blunt.
