Thanks ahead of time to all of you who actually spend the time reading this fully.

This is the first time we have ever recruited outside of our server and believe there is no more talent in the pool to be scooped up. Sadly we do come from Jaedenar-US which is a Horde Populated low populated server. But! Our guild really has a chance to keep up/pass them up at 2 nights a week with a few more solid raiders.

Nubstars is recruiting people who want to raid, while maintaining a balance with their real life obligations. We are seeking --Responsible-- people who wish to progress.

We raid two nights a week: Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 pm to 11pm+ ST (Eastern) basically we go until we can't go any further. We don't believe you need to raid more than 2 nights a week to clear content if you have the people/speed capable of doing it.

We're not just looking for a capable raider, but a great person to be in guild with. We’ve been around for more than four years. One thing we have found is that you can do more with less. Spaced out raid days, gives you an opportunity to prepare between raids to better optimize your performance. What you wipe on one day, you can down the next and beyond with good preparation.

Our guild has a team of very experienced players that stayed with the guild since its creation, and gladly adopted new and skilled people into our guild through our various adventures. We do have an active group of PvPers who arena or run BG groups all the time. We progress at our own rate and are happy with our philosophies and methods. We currently run a "Modified Random Roll" loot system. Guild environment is friendly and family-like, but professional and serious when we need to be.

And example of this would be doing ZA Bear mount runs in t4 as a guild. There were guilds zerging t6 content unable to achieve such a task. We also cleared Ulduar10 when both Ignis and Mimiron were bugged and apparently unkillable the first week. I am not trying to brag, just merely giving a small example of a glimmering hope.

Outstanding raiders are encouraged to apply regardless if your class spot is filled. Also, posting any kind of logs to show your dps/heals is much appreciated.

Additionally, if you feel that you don't have the gear to join, but you think you are exceptional for your gear level, you can talk to one of the officers in-game, as gear is easy to come by these days.

Current progression is ICC 25N 10/12, ICC 10N 12/12, 10H 6/12

Anything with a Pulse!!!!

Enhance Shaman*
Resto Shaman*
Prot Warrior*
Resto Druid*
Holy/Disc Priest*

And anyone else pulling 7k+ on single targets

* = Higher than usual
