*This means invites will be going out at 7:40pm EST. All raiders are expected to be in the zone with all necessary consumables ready to pull by 7:55pm EST.

OUR MISSION:

First and foremost you should understand that V A L O R is a brand new guild. Though our Leadership has many impressive Raid Achievements under our belts, we still have yet to accomplish the same as a guild. With that said, please understand that V A L O R intends to be right at the forefront of progression as time allows.

This guild will take time to build, it will require patience and understanding from our members while we build a solid core. Though we intend to speed this process up as fast as possible, we strongly believe in quality over quantity. Afterall, this is the guild we intend to be in two or three years down the road and then some.

We're looking for players that not only know the in's and out's of their class, but also for active and friendly applicants. If you have an ego, this is not the guild for you. Leave the drama at the door. If you think you can push the absolute maximum out of your character while still juggling the obstacles of every encounter, then we encourage you to apply.

OUR VISION:

We want to form more than just a simple raiding guild, we want this guild to be family. Once we fill our 25 man raid group, we don't plan on over-recruiting. We plan on keeping a very limited 35 man raiding roster to solidify our ranks. This means that everyone will have a core raiding spot as we all know different encounters call for different group make-ups. We intend to use the best group make-up possible at all times if it's available to us.

We plan on pushing our guild through ICC 25 Heroic both in 10 and 25 player mode. 10 Mans, though voluntary will be set up by the guild and be arranged evenly so that one group does not outweigh the other.

Most importantly, we plan on being an extremely active guild. No, we don't expect you to live online, but we do expect that you participate in all facets of the guild, not just raiding.
