<Battle Scarred> of Spirestone is a brand new guild of veteran players seeking to add more level 80 Horde (adult) players (with sufficient gear) to join us in progression through ICC 10 man and on to 25 man Heroic Mode. We are currently 6/12 and have the first wing on farm and are currently working on progressing through subsequent wings.

Battle Scarred raids 3 days a week between 6:30PM PST and 9:30PM PST on the Spirestone realm. Loot rules are Need-Before-Greed as a 1-100 random roll. If there is an unresolved loot conflict (rarely is) then need is prioritized by class armor, spec and upgrade value which the raid leader/officers will have final decision on.

Battle Scarred consisted of mainly working adults ages 18-40. The GM and officers of Battle Scarred are experienced raiders and have been raiding and in leadership roles since Classic WoW. Battle Scarred has a generous guild bank and guild repairs for use by raiders as well as a fully featured guild website and 25 person Ventrilo. Raid Leaders will provide flasks and fish feasts for all attendees at the start of each raid and as necessary.

Battle Scarred does not believe in functioning as (over-the-top) extreme hard core and we don’t impose such things as mandatory spec’s or impossible rules to follow on our members. Battle Scarred does however maintain an aggressive approach toward end-game raid progression. All we ask is that our regular raiders make every effort to be on-time and to make every effort to be the best they can be at raiding; this may include researching the best-in-slot gear, proper spec/talents, watching boss fight videos etc.

The fact is that there is no perfect guild out there and there are no perfect players out there! Battle Scarred members and leadership both understand this paradigm and make every attempt to avoid drama. Battle Scarred raids are always fun and often full of humorous personalities. There is no Nerd Rage or demeaning others in vent or chat for mistakes. If mistakes happen (and they will) we simple learn, improve and progress.
