H [Echelon] Recruiting Exceptional Players for Ulduar

Hello,

Echelon is a raiding guild whose members cleared all content pre-3.1 and so far have killed the first 9 bosses in Ulduar. We are a hardcore-casual guild, meaning we only raid two nights a week but we are a very good and productive team. Once Ulduar is cleared we will be putting our focus on completing all of the hard modes and heroic raiding achievements. We use DKP for all 25 man loot. Our raid times are as follows:

Tuesday: 7:45pm-12am EST
Thursday: 7:45pm-12am EST

Our raid members are expected to be on time and have all reagents, flasks/elixers and food buffs before the raid. We encourage our players to put in 100% at all times even during trash due to only raiding 8 hours a week.

Echelon would be a good fit for you if:

- You consider yourself in the top 30% of WoW players and are willing to become even better.
- You do not constantly die to things like void zones, fire walls, Thaddius charges etc.
- You have a good attitude and a mature personality(we prefer ages 18+ but will make exceptions).
- You like to have fun during raid times and you like to get things done fast and efficiently.
- You can make our raid times regularly but also have a real life and want a guild that can understand that.
