[H] Archimonde Later evening raid times

Archimonde is a Central Time PvP server that came online on November 23, 2004, making it one of the first World of Warcraft realms. It was also one of the four realms that needed to be taken offline for four days after the first night due excessive character creation (which led to the obliteration of the player cap).

<ASPIRE> is an established Horde guild on the US Archimonde (PvP) server. We are a progression-oriented 25-man raiding guild whose primary focus is to provide a serious raiding environment for people on a limited schedule. We are fully focused on clearing the remainder of ICC normal for progression into heroic. We also have many guild members who Arena in all brackets at a high level for off nights as well as various 10 man groups running everything from Ulduar hard modes to TOC and of course ICC. Our guild is very active at all times and is commited to remain that way.

Class Needs: Be ensured that all accepted applicants will be seeing immediate raid time to appropriately evaluate performance.

Raid Schedule 25 man (All times server/Central)

Tuesday - 8:30-midnight
Wednesday- 8:30-midnight
Thursday - 8:30pm-midnight
Friday - Off
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off
Monday - Off (Used very rarely)

Loot is done via EPGP


Member Expectations

Know your class. In order to be successful at raiding, members must spend time researching their class to perform at a high level. Being a regular reader of the theory crafting forums at Elitist Jerks is a big plus.

Maintain 90% attendance. A consistent roster is key to the success of a raiding guild. Members who cannot maintain this availability are demoted to Casual status and lose priority when scheduling raids.

Don't be cheap. Your gear should always be fully gemmed and enchanted. We provide consumables, but we expect you to have reagents, and anything else you may not get from the guild bank to make sure you are at 100% every raid. If you aren't ready to put your best foot forward, we will replace you with someone who is.

Learn to spec. This relates directly back to knowing your class. No PvP specs in PvE. In the case that one particular spec is clearly superior for PvE purposes, we reserve the right to require that you raid as that spec.

A high level of performance is expected; we use WoW meter and WWS Logs to evaluate each raid.
