Preferably 100% attendance, or close to it. We are looking for CORE raiders who are extremely reliable, not standbys and people who show up occasionally.



About Us

In BC, we were rated as one of the top 2 progression guilds alliance side prior to the 3.0 nerfs. We completed 9/9 and 5/5 in just 9 months.



We have cleared all current content up to Sartherion +2 drakes.



Expectation

Applicants are expected to maintain 90%+ attendance for their trial period. Consumables for progression raids are expected. We expect mature members who put PvE progression as one of their top priorities. We also expect applicants to be able to handle their class efficiently. That is, we should not have to tell you exactly what to do for encounters. We do not appreciate lazy members, and we expect apps to put a lot of effort into their gear and overall raiding performance.



You will have to perform, accept criticism, and show initiative in improving on any of your weaknesses—whether it be DPS, healing output, a particular encounter, or even the enchants on your resist gear.



You are expected to not be a jackass. Attitude is important to us. Your patience in learning new encounters and staying to clear new content is vital to your continued membership in Insomnia. We expect you to not be melodramatic, and have a sense of humor, as well as a measure of respect. If you have a horrible attitude ( ie : arrogant, rude, inconsiderate, an @@#*!**) and like to cause drama, don't bother applying. We will kick you on the spot.



Required addons can include Omen Threat Meter, Ventrillo, Bigwigs Boss Mods. Others will need Pally Power, Decursive, or healing addons (Examples: Grid & Clique if you don't use mouse over macros). This may change as WoLK progresses.



We expect you to have a stable internet and computer connection.



You will be expected to spec accordingly for raids, socket properly and use the appropriate glyphs / enchants, priority will be given to those that do. You are also expected to be able to fund your own repair bills and to provide your own raid consumables.
