[H] The Dragon Reborn is recruiting 5-6 members for 25 mans!

The Dragon Reborn is currently looking to recruit a 1 to 2 healers, a tank, and some DPS to join our ranks! We're particularly looking for a Druid, Shaman, or Paladin healer. Sorry, we're full on Priest.

As of right now, the only bosses we have yet to kill in 25 man Naxx is Thaddius, Sapphiron, and KT. Our recruitment need comes from some recent restructioning. We are still actively raiding on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00 PM server while filling these empty seats.

So, I wanted to take a few moments to let you guys know exactly what kind of guild we strive to uphold and what kind of players were seeking to recruit.

Our guild is located on the Windrunner server. As a whole, we focuses primarily on creating a fun, friendly, and laid back environment for our members while at the same time participating in planned, well organized 5/10/25 man Dungeons/Raids. We only seek out skilled players to join our ranks who will not only become assets to our progression, but who are also socially comfortable and fit in to the relaxed environment our guild creates. We feel that both of these aspects are an absolute must when reviewing any possible future member.

We currently rely on the following elements to assist us in structuring our guild to maintain these standards:

1. We use the well known loot system EPGP (Effort Points Gear Points) to distribute loot we acquire during our raids evenly among our members.

2. We expect all of our members to comply with our 13 well defined rules which demonstrate the morals our guild prevails by.

3. We utilize our guild ranks, bank, and website to manage our guild in an efficient way that is both fair to our members as well as promotes the progression of our guild as a whole.

Currently, we are recruiting like minded people who share the same perspectives as we do and can add to our environment in helping maintain these perspectives. Please consider the following before applying to ensure that we truly are the kind of guild you are seeking.

1. We currently are only recruiting members who are 18+ years old and are level 72+. We have made exceptions to these requirements for friends and family members of guildies, provided that they do not compromise our standards.

2. We don't require game play or raid attendance to take priority over real life. But we do expect our members to participate with us and assist in helping our guild advance. If you're online during one of our scheduled raids, we would expect you to make a priority to be there over questing, pvping, grouping, farming, or raiding with another guild.

3. As of right now, we are currently working on 25 Man Progression 3 nights a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00 PM server) However, we don't see increasing beyond that. We do not wish to compete for progression with the server by setting heavy raid schedule. But rather maintain a comfortable raiding schedule that allows us to enjoy raiding while prioritizing other aspects of the game and of course our real lives.
