LF skilled spriest/healers/select dps

Violation is a PST progression guild based out of Anvilmar (PvE). We're looking for experienced, competent raiders to fill out our roster. Our aim is to be up and raiding within the next lockout period.

We've dropped all our dead weight and reformed with a single mindset: progression.

All times are Server (Pacific Standard)

Off days will be used for various 10 mans/old world instances/achievement runs

Loot Policy
Loot will be distributed via an open bid DKP system. DKP will be made public through the guild site.
With the new Dual Spec system in 3.1, bids will open for Primary Set. If no bids are cast, rolls will determine Secondary Set.

During the two week initiate period (explained below), DKP will not be seen and no bids may be cast. If a piece falls to the rot, a Loot Council will determine if the initiate wins said piece.

What Can I Expect As A New Recruit?
-Applications will be reviewed by the officer core. Exceptional applicants will be asked to a vent interview with said officer core.
-Approved applicants will then enter into a two week Initiate period. During this period, a variety of factors will be assessed including, but not limited to:
-Performance
-Attendance
-Attitude
-After the two week Initiate period, the recruit will be promoted to Raider and given full access to DKP and bank privileges.

What Will Be Expected Of Me As A Raider?
-DPS will be held to a standard of 4000dps on Total Bosses. Spacial awareness is key; move out of the swirling blue circles of death (Void Zone) and don't get hit by the giant wall of red rushing toward you(Flame Wall). If the DPS standard is not met during the Initiate period, you will be removed.

-Tanks must be at MINIMUM 28,000 hp unbuffed and 35% total avoidance before applying.

-As healing mechanics vary widely according to class, Healers will be held to the standards set by the heals lead.

-All raiders will be expected to come prepared: Flasks, Scrolls, Well Feds, Pots, etc. Know your class/spec/rotation/mechanics. We're not here to teach you how to play your class. Skill>Gear.

What Can I Expect From <Violation>?
We take care of our business. Serious during progression, social all the time. We expect to struggle with new encounters, it's part of the game. However, through repetition and research anything is possible. We want to see new content. We want to get better. It's what motivates us as players.
