Are you the best player in your guild? Do you get tired of failing on boss encounters because the same idiots can’t understand simple boss mechanics or don’t care enough to push their performance to the limit? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to raid with other players who are all as good and as dedicated as you?

Who we are: <Elitist> is a hardcore raiding guild looking for players who want to raid on a lighter schedule.

Long-Term Goals: To complete the most difficult encounters in the game before anyone else on Blade’s Edge, and to complete the encounters at a respectable national rank.

Immediate Goals: To form a solid 10 player team and quickly complete all of the hard mode 10 man Ulduar encounters. From there we will move on to 25 man encounters.

Raid Times (PST):
Tuesday: 8-11 (12 during progression)
Wednesday: 8-11 (12 during progression)
Friday: 8-11 (1 AM during progression)

Currently open to all classes

Who we are looking for:
-You see no upgrade as "incremental". You have the best gems, enchants, professions, and gear that is accessible to you. You use consumables at all times without being asked. You are not satisfied with being "good enough”.
-You learn quickly, and don’t make the same mistake more than once. You admit your mistakes, and you don’t repeat them.
-You are fed up with others in their guilds who don’t always give 100%.
-You are fully attentive at all times during raids. You don’t need to be told more than once what your assignment is.
-You perform your best at all times. You are excited that your performance will be evaluated, because you know we will be impressed.

This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of a guild that takes raiding very seriously. We formed this guild because we have come to believe that a hardcore guild with a lighter schedule simply doesn't exist. With your help, it can.
