Rinascita: Brand-new casual raiding experience

<Rinascita> is a brand-new guild on Twisting Nether.

Meaning “rebirth,” Rinascita is a guild that’s being formed through the experience of two guys (perhaps three if we can convince him <g>) whose own knowledge spans a combined 4+ years of GM’ing, RL’ing, and Officer-ing. =)

We’ve both grown guilds (off-server as Officers) from a tiny 10-man in Kara to more than half-way into BT before the nerf. Most importantly, we did this raiding two-days a week.

How did such a mind-blowing experience happen? I’m glad you asked (and that your mind is blown)!

It’s all about initiative.

The GMs are here to help YOU get geared through running a great organization.
The Officers are here to help YOU better yourself by fielding relevant questions.
The Core Raiders are here to help YOU through their hard work progressing.

But most importantly, and what we demand is that YOU are here to help YOURSELF.

We will be starting with 10-man groups, farming Naxxramas, Sartharion, and Malygos while preparing for ventures further into Ulduar; with 25-mans in the not too distant future.

If you feel akin to the following:
• Love learning (see: wiping <g>) and then coming up with some "strategeries" against new content.
• Helping another character so that he/she continually increases her performance.
• Enjoy helping realize the guilds goals.
• Don't think you're God because you're able to move a mouse, press 1-5 while simultaneously pressing A, S, W, D. =)
• Enjoy being challenged.

Then you're most likely a fit for Rinascita!

Items of interest that (perhaps) sets this Guild apart from most:
• This Guild will have three GMs. That's three guys debating on the direction of the guild and helping with day-to-day operations. Basically it’ll be like having one GM with three personalities, something that most of you are already familiar with. =)
• We will be an East Coast guild (setting up raid times for that time zone).
• No one (including the GMs) will have access to O-chat in order to allow greater transparency.
• Open rolls on gear in all 10-man (and 25-man PuGs). EP/GP will be employed in Guild 25-mans.
• Once you’ve attained a Core Raider status; repairs on the guild during progression.
• For each new piece of loot obtained through progression, the guild will do its best to provide the mats to have it properly gemmed and enchanted.
• Officers will be reviewed every 6 months in order to ensure two things; 1) they're still doing the job that was laid out, and 2) most importantly, they're still ENJOYING the job that was laid out for them. We believe firmly that being an Officer is a JOB and not a perk.
