9/14 Ulduar Recruiting Dedicated Raiders

Adelante is located on the Arthas Server, which is an EST Server. We are what I would call a hardcore progression guild with casual Raid TIMES. What this means is we expect you to be determined, focused and on top of your game at each and every Raid. We are looking for more individuals that have the same mindset but don't have the time to put in 5 or more days of raiding due to their real life responsibilities. We aim to attain better progression in three days than most Guilds do in five days.

Adelante has a long history on Arthas and a great reputation as well, from watching the deaths of Cthun to Kil'Jaeden, and Kel'Thuzad, Adelante has worked hard to keep a strong progression and towards the top 3 guilds on Arthas.

Our Raid Times:

Tuesday - 6PM EST - 11:30 EST
Wednesday - 6PM EST - 11:30 EST
Thursday - 6PM EST - 11:30 EST

*Flame Leviathan - Dead w/ 1 Tower left up.
*Ignis the Furnace Master -Dead
*Razorscale - Dead
*XT-002 Deconstructor - Dead
*Iron Council - Dead
*Kologarn - Dead
*Auriaya - Dead
*Hodir - Dead
*Freya - Dead

What we expect from our Raiders:

- 80% Minimum Raid Attendance.

- To be on time and prepared for all Raids. This means fully repaired, with enough buff food and flasks to last the entire Raid from the first boss pull to the boss pull of the night.

- To be well versed with how each boss fight works, this means their abilities, phases, everything that can and will happen throughout the course of each and every encounter.

- To be active on the Guild Forums, we post our strategies and all kinds of other useful advice on the forums, nothing is more frustrating than getting to a boss and telling someone that they are in charge of X and they respond with., "Huh? What's that? How do I do it?".

- To inform us when they can't make a Raid, we have an entire Thread on the Forums for posting when you will be missing a Raid.

- To know how to get the most out of their class in all situations and encounters. We're looking for the players that can avoid void zones and poison clouds while still pushing the maximum DPS possible, keeping the tank topped off, or making sure no one is going to come close to pulling threat. We're not looking for the players who can avoid all those things but at the cost of 2k DPS or a tank dying, or a DPS pulling aggro.

What you can expect from us:

- Great Leadership that will lead you to quick progression and will listen to your ideas and complaints and address them properly.

- Consistent Raid Times. Our Raid will always start on time and will never go later than 30 minutes after the posted end time, and only if the entire Raid agrees on staying to push a new encounter that we're close to overcoming.

- A friendly social environment that you can joke around with and have great time outside of Raids with.

- Expedient Progression with fair loot distribution. We don't stop once the easy content is cleared, we'll push hard modes and achievements until our fingers bleed and the letters/numbers have been worn from our keyboards. =P

Currently Recruiting:

- Restoration Druid

- Warlocks

- Feral Druid if they are very well geared for Cat DPS, not interested in a Bear.

- Rogues

- Mages

- Deathknights if they are DPS and a tank as well.

- Protection Warrior

- Someone who has the capability and gear to tank and also has a dual spec to use when tanking isn't needing.

- Exceptional apps of all other classes/specs will be considered though. Adelante follows strictly by the credo of "Skill is greater than seniority." If you're accepted and you outplay some who is a Raider or even an Officer then you will take their spot on the Raiding Roster.
