LF Dedicated Dependable Raiders

I've finally come to the realization that my guild can no longer maintain the smaller size I had thought possible. We are currently expanding our ranks, taking on all comers that are willing to put in the time to raid. We typically raid on Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday/Monday from 7-12 most of those nights. Our main focus is 25 Man Ulduar with 2 solid groups in 10 Man ulduar. Geared players would be nice, but honestly intelligence and dependibility are more important. We have Naxx, Malygos, and OS on complete farm along with VOA. All in both 10 and 25 man raids.

The way we are currently doing loot is thru loot council. It's a great system if you're a smaller set of people going for the common goal. In the larger size guild i'm envisioning, we're going to have to move to a DKP system. We're currently in talks amongst our officers to figure out what the best system and setup would be for this. Likely, silent bidding, hidden dkp, and point decay will all be implimented.
